Squinty Straight Lights A non-album track- I'll be posting some more odds and ends like this soon :) This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs2.5 Licence (c) Guy James 2006 www.guyjames.com My Odeo Channel (odeo/6698c7aae1ddf439) 0
Satellite- Album Version For those people who have downloaded the whole album and maybe want to burn it to cd, here's the original version of the first track, complete with very quiet opening section which references other parts of the album- it's a kind of 'concept', ya dig?! i didn't want to post this first because i feared people might think their iPods were broken or the mp3 was just silent, so i posted a version which starts louder. So now, for completists, here's the 'official' version of the first track. Hope you like it. I Can Carry On The last track! hope you enjoyed the album- there's more to come soon, don't worry... :) if you like the music send me an email at info@guyjames.com. cheers! ps this track is copyright Guy James 2006 and is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs2.5 Licence- which basically means you can listen to it as much as you like but you need my permission to use any part of it or make any money off it. 0
Residue Eight track- supreme guitar solo by Scutty Lefunk- normally I don't like huge guitar fiestas but i make an exception here... ps this track is copyright Guy James 2006 and is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs2.5 Licence- which basically means you can listen to it as much as you like but you need my permission to use any part of it or make any money off it. 0
Lay My Burden Down Seventh track, a little bit rougher in recording quality than the others, but I like it all the same... don't want to be too squeaky-clean anyway :) ps this track is copyright Guy James 2006 and is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs2.5 Licence- which basically means you can listen to it as much as you like but you need my permission to use any part of it or make any money off it. 0
Living Surgery Sixth Track- one of my favourite songs on the album, about missing someone you never really knew. ps this work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs2.5 Licence (c) Guy James 2006 0
Glorious Way to Die Fifth track- another tragic episode... ps this track is copyright Guy James 2006 and is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs2.5 Licence- which basically means you can listen to it as much as you like but you need my permission to use any part of it or make any money off it. 0
There is No Obstacle Fourth track- I like my music pretty diverse- i mean do you load your iPod with just one type of music at a time- i think not... the sample is from www.gangaji.org :) 0
Crashing on the Rocks in Your Head Third track- featuring glorious guitar solo from Scutty Lefunk- www.myspace.com/funkissed - hope you're enjoying the podcast, send feedback to info@guyjames.com :) 0
No Prisoners This is the second track on the album- it's at 112kbps which i think is a middle ground between a quick download and fairly good quality- check out my Iggy impression on it...heheheh... 0
Taster for the album- 'Satellite'. This is the first track on the album, which actually starts very quietly- i've faded it in a bit later so you don't think your i-pod (or whatever) is broken. The song is produced by Guy James and Starchild Lefunk. Hope you like it :) ps this track is copyright Guy James 2006 and is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs2.5 Licence- which basically means you can listen to it as much as you like but you need my permission to use any part of it or make any money off it. 5
